While you were sleeping…New York and Ohio passed Laws that Allow the theft of more animals…

Top Cats Roar...

Animal Rights Against Rescue?!? That’s what I’m hearing these days when a well-known and top quality animal rescuer who has devoted his life to saving animals is protested for taking in animals that were owner surrendered and needed help but if that wasn’t bad enough to stomach…

More states have created ‘Puppy Mill’ Bills to add to the number of states that are allowing animals to be stolen from their rightful owners-Face it…Breeding animals, for whatever the reason, is now under attack…Any animals…ALL animals are under attack not just domestic pets…sickening that politicians who were voted into office to protect US citizens are now at war with the people they are supposed to be serving…

‘Animal cruelty’ laws and ‘puppy mill’ laws are ALL unconstitutional and do nothing to stop any abuse of animals-civil action designed by Animal Rights Extremists/Terrorists to take valuable property

ASPCA Closes Storied NYC Enforcement Unit

CBS New York

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) — For 147 years, the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals has served as the primary law enforcement agency for animal abuse laws in New York City.

Its uniformed agents flashed badges, carried guns, made arrests and for years starred in an Animal Planet show called “Animal Precinct.”

But now, that unit is losing its bite.

In the past few days, the ASPCA has laid off almost all its 17 remaining enforcement agents.

It’s now leaving their responsibilities to the New York Police Department.

The change has been sought for years by some animal advocates.

They say the ASPCA’s small enforcement staff couldn’t handle the volume of abuse reports.

Others are concerned that animal abuse complaints will be given a lower priority by regular police.

Top 5 Reasons To Adopt a Senior Dog

When shelter officials ask why they are abandoning their dog, many owners simply say “because they’re old.” With no safe place to rest during their golden years, the epidemic is truly heartbreaking, to say the least.

Right now, Abandoned Angels Cocker Spaniel Rescue has 25 senior dogs in need of forever homes, including Jan and Bonnie (pictured below).
